1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalkToPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TalkToPost is an AI-powered content creation tool that converts voice notes into structured social media posts and visual carousels. We use third-party artificial intelligence technologies (including OpenAI) to provide this service.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account via our authentication providers (Google/LinkedIn).
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. TalkToPost is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Content and Ownership

This is the most important part for you as a creator:

  • Your Input: You retain all rights and ownership of the audio files and transcripts you upload or generate.
  • Your Output: You own all rights, title, and interest in the content generated by the Service (the "Generated Content"), including text posts and carousel images. You are free to use this content for commercial purposes.
  • Our Rights: We own the rights to the TalkToPost platform, code, visual interfaces (including the "Aurora" design), and features. You may not copy or duplicate the software itself.

5. AI Disclaimer (The "No Hallucinations" Clause)

Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving technology. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

  • Accuracy: The Service may produce incorrect, inaccurate, or offensive output ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before posting it to social media.
  • Uniqueness: Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that the generated content will be absolutely unique across all users, although our specific "style" prompts aim for high differentiation.
  • No Liability: TalkToPost is not liable for any reputational damage, loss of reach, or legal issues resulting from the content you choose to publish.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • • Generate content that is hateful, violent, illegal, or sexually explicit.
  • • Upload audio recordings of third parties without their consent.
  • • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the source code of the Service.
  • • Spam the API with excessive requests (DDoS or botting).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these rules.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time.
  • Lifetime Deals: "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the Service. If the Service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, but no refunds will be issued for the utilized period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkToPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six (6) months.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel). We are not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by these third-party providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
